Kathy graduated from Sister Rosalind Gefre’s School of Massage and Bodywork in West St Paul, Minnesota. She has completed 840 hours of hands on training in Massage Therapy techniques such as Swedish, Intermediate, Pregnancy, Muscular Therapy 1, 2, and 3, Sports, Chair 1 and 2, Geriatrics, Relaxation, and Myofascial release.

Kathy has continued her schooling at Sister Rosalind’s by taking classes in Reflexology and Soft Tissue Injury Repair (STIR). She likes school and enjoys learning new massage techniques.

In her free time Kathy enjoys hanging out with family and friends, going cruising in the 1957 Chevy, and playing softball.  She also enjoys volunteering at the Heart of Hope Camp which is a free grief camp for grieving children who have lost a loved one.
